Update: For some reason, I received the hard drive today even-though I cancelled the order. So I guess I got lucky. If you received the HD and wasn’t offered the opportunity to cancel, you qualify for the rebates. Here’s some instructions on how to send in the rebates.

Dell has released their reply to the WESTERN DIGITAL 200GB Caviar Special Edition Hard Drive with 8MB Cache for $22.26 deal.
For those of you who have received the drive and are having questions on the rebate forms.
nJust looking at the rebate forms, I would suggest sending the UPC in with the rebate form that lists both the 200 and 250 and I would send the capacity label in with the rebate form that only lists the 200GB.
nAs far as the purchase receipt goes, I haven’t found out yet. I would print an invoice on line and send both a copy of the invoice and packing slip. But I will update this post as soon as I find out for sure.
