- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2014Very contemporary and streamlined, not too much. It will fit in with any upscale set. The performance is outstanding. Very well made I dropped it twice and nothing happened.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2013Every time I plug in the wireless received I get a message to restart my computer. After restarting my computer I get the same message. Its a continues loop. I am using the mouse on a IMAC. Also the CD does not eject.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2010Just a quick review. I found this mouse to be o.k. The reception from the laptop was good, especially compared to other wireless mice that I have used. Ergonomically, even with the built in "riser" I simply didn't like the feel of the mouse. I know it's a "travel mouse", but I thought it was a little too small. It didn't seem like a very sturdy piece of equipment.
The tiny USB receiver is very nice, and I like that there's a compartment in the mouse to store it. Unfortunately the receiver is so small that 1) it's can be difficult to unplug from your laptop depending on how/where the port is set up and 2) I lost the tiny receiver within 3 weeks rendering the mouse useless. Sometimes practicality sacrificed for convenience isn't a good thing. I still haven't found that receiver, but I know it's in my apartment somewhere...
- Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2010I was excited to put this to use after buying it. The desk that our family desktop PC sits on is a bit more cluttered than I would like so even getting rid of one power cord will help.
Originally I was using the Verbatim 96992 Easy Riser Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse on our desktop through one of the two front USB ports on the CPU and it worked just fine. I never had any problems with the signal dropping (They are about 3-4 feet away from each other) and the response time was as good as our previous wired laser mouse. More recently though I installed the NZXT IU01 Internal USB Expansion on the same desktop and decided to put the receiver inside the CPU case to free up the outer USB port and so far it's been great.
The "Riser" feature has been of little use to any of us, but for some other reviewers I think they like it. Overall it seems to be a good, reliable product and in fact I like it so much I bought a second one to carry with my laptop. A good price point on this seems to be around $25, but keep an eye out for rebates to sweeten the deal.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2012This is the first device I have used with the nano-size usb receiver and it does the trick. The receiver is in a usb port on the right side of my laptop, just next to my mousepad but the nano size keeps it from being a problem and I never bump it. The battery does not last as long as the one in my Logitech M305, but the 2 AAA's are easy to access and I use rechargeables. It fits nicely in my hand and the low profile makes for good compatability with my laptop.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2014Mouse wouldn't work for more than 5 minutes before losing signal. Waste of cash.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2010The Verbatim Easy Riser Wireless Mouse is a simple, easy to use wireless mouse. Set up involves simply putting in the AAA batteries that are included and plugging in the receiver. The feature that differentiates it from other wireless mouses is the ability to change the height of the mouse to what is most ergonomically comfortable for the user. This really doesn't add much value to me, but it might be helpful to someone with those issues.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2010Not bad. Easy to use, just plug in. But it's smaller than I thought. This one is amazon.com replaced for me, because the first one's scroll had big problem. The scroll of this one is also tight than any one I have ever used. I hope it will be OK. Overall, still a good wireless mouse compared to its price ($12).
